Your old computer can help protect Nigerian forest
The Nigeria Montane Forest Project (NMFP) is a community-based forest conservation and restoration initiative located in the Ngel Nyaki Forest Reserve on the Mambilla Plateau in Taraba State, Nigeria.
Nigerian researchers are working to conserve and restore key ecosystems within the reserve, but they often lack functional computers to analyze data, write reports, map territories, and coordinate projects.
That's why at Embrace the Earth, we're launching this donation campaign to support NMFP's research efforts. If you have a laptop or printer that you no longer use but that still works, please consider donating it.
We are looking for 10 laptops and 2 printers. Eight laptops will be donated to NMFP, while two laptops and two printers will support our work at Embrace the Earth.
Your equipment can help us:
- Process biodiversity data
- Prepare scientific reports
- Coordinate restoration projects
- Strengthen ecosystem protection
This is a small action with a big impact. We will make sure your equipment reaches those who are protecting our nature.
Please fill out the form below to learn how to donate. Thanks!
